我的几个的朋友告诉我叫我改程序名。
因为这个名字是美国一家网络公司的商标，
说如果他们知道了我的程序，就会要求我改名甚至要求赔款。有这回事吧。
要是真这样的话，我就说我不会说你鸟英语，身无分文，拿什么赔啊？
我可以改，但是如果我改成另外一名字，这个名字也是别人的商标，那我是不是还要再改名字？
我起的程序名是不是最好给它申请个商标才是最保险的办法？
